A painless scan of the arteries in your neck. Plaque here is one of the earliest visible signs of systemic cardiovascular disease, and a direct read on stroke risk.
Echocardiogram: Full Structure
Ultrasound imaging of the heart itself: valve function, chamber size, wall thickness, and how efficiently the muscle is actually pumping.
CADScor
A short, non-invasive acoustic test. It listens to the turbulence blood makes moving through narrowed coronary arteries. No dye, no radiation, no treadmill.
Advanced Lipid Panel
NMR LipoProfile, Apo B, and Lp(a) count and size the particles actually driving plaque, including the inherited risk a standard LDL number hides.
Metabolic & Inflammatory Markers
GlycA, CMP, and A1c show inflammation, blood sugar control, and organ function: the metabolic side of cardiovascular risk.

What exactly do I get for $129?
A carotid ultrasound, a full structural echocardiogram, a CADScor test, a cardiometabolic risk assessment (NMR LipoProfile, Apo B, Lp(a), GlycA, CMP, and A1c), and a 30-minute consultation with Dr. Underwood to go through all of it. Standard pricing for the same profile is $829.
Do I have to be a Craft Concierge member?
No. The Advanced Cardiovascular Profile is available as a standalone visit with no membership required. However, many patients choose a Craft Concierge membership to build on their results with ongoing physician guidance, preventive care, and a personalized health strategy that evolves over time.
Who is this designed for?
The Advanced Heart Profile is designed for adults who want a clearer, more complete picture of their heart health, especially those with a family history of heart disease, borderline cholesterol or blood pressure, elevated blood sugar, excess abdominal weight, a history of smoking, or other cardiovascular risk factors.
It’s also ideal for people who feel healthy but want to be proactive about identifying potential risks earlier, before symptoms appear.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed. You can schedule your Advanced Cardiovascular Profile directly with Craft Concierge, making it easy to take a proactive step toward understanding your heart health without waiting for a specialist referral.
Is any of this invasive?
No. The carotid ultrasound, echocardiogram, and CADScor are all non-invasive: no needles beyond the standard blood draw for the lab panel, no contrast dye, no radiation.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes. The Advanced Heart Profile is HSA- and FSA-eligible, allowing you to use pre-tax healthcare dollars toward taking a more proactive approach to your heart health.
Will I actually meet Dr. Underwood?
Yes. Your visit includes a private 30 minute consultation with Dr. Underwood to personally review your results, discuss what they mean for your health, and answer your questions. You’ll also have the opportunity to discuss your broader health goals and whether ongoing concierge care may be a good fit for you. Everything happens during the same appointment, no separate visit required.
What happens if you find something?
You won’t be left with results and questions. Dr. Underwood will personally review any findings with you, explain what they mean, and recommend clear next steps. Depending on your results, that may include lifestyle changes, ongoing monitoring, additional testing, adjustments to your care plan, or referral to an appropriate specialist.
